As more and more manufacturers go to online portals it makes it difficult for the independent dealers to confirm service history when customers don\’t always bring in the history.

MERCEDES-BENZ
-You will need start an account. Then open a program called EVA through a page called DSB. Please note that you can either use the reg or full VIN however put the VIN under the “FIN” section not “VIN” as it won\’t recognise it.

It will only show service history that is digital. Once you have an account go to “Products and Services” then Digital Service Schedule. Paste full VIN into system.
