“If you are a Cazoo customer, Cazoo have identified a sophisticated phishing scam currently targeting Dealer Centre accounts.
Please remain vigilant to protect your account and customer data.
How the Scam Works
• Scammers are sending emails impersonating Cazoo, often encouraging recipients to
click a link or take an action.
• The Trap: The link appears legitimate but redirects to a cloned login page designed to
steal your credentials.
• The Goal: Once access is gained, fraudsters can steal your lead information and upload
fraudulent listings.
How to Protect Your Business
• Check the URL: The only official Dealer Centre login page is:
https://dealercentre.cazoo.co.uk you’ll also see this web address displayed on the login
page itself. If it’s missing or looks different, do not enter your details.
• Hover Before You Click: Always hover over links before clicking and confirm that the
destination URL matches the displayed link.
• Update Your Passwords: If you’ve clicked a suspicious link, log in directly via the
official website and change your password immediately. We also recommend checking
and updating your eBay account password.
• Review Your Settings: Check for any unfamiliar email forwarding rules or account
changes.
