Alternative Dispute Resolutions.

Following on from a poll conducted last month on the IMDA members only Forum (Join if you haven't already) and the requirement for businesses to have an ADR provider we have an offer for members of the IMDA from The Motor Ombudsman
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a method of resolving a dispute fairly between consumers and businesses without having to go through the legal process, often making it quicker, cheaper and simpler than going to court. ADR is governed in the UK by a set of regulations which came into force on 1 October 2015.
The Motor Ombudsman is the The IMDAs preferred Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
Ensure your business is recognised for its commitment to high standards by gaining accreditation to The Motor Ombudsman’s Code of Practice for Vehicle Sales and service if you have the facilities.
