Come and join the IMDA in London for the "Customer Experience" Masterclass.
7th September 9:30am till 4:30pm (You are welcome to stop for a drink with us afterwards)
Held at Aston Lark Head Office and just a short tube stop away from Kings Cross the day will give members a full incite into the customer experience, before, during and after the sale.
The day includes lunch and refreshments (and a drink afterward)
