DVLA UPDATE FOR IMDA MEMBERS
In response to customer insight which identified that customers who search GOV.UK for information on how to acquire and manage a trade licence find it difficult to locate the advice they require, specific pages have been developed for each of the applications, making these brief and relevant to a specific scenario.
In collaboration with colleagues in the Government Digital Service the DVLA new pages for the Trade Licensing Service are now live:
