Thank you for applying to Join the IMDA as an Approved Dealer Member.
You are almost there!
As I’m sure you will understand selecting Top Quality Dealers for our Association is a must, therefore we require to Vet each dealer application before Full Approval is given. Once approved you will gain FREE access for one user to our IMDA Hub & IMDA Forum.
You’ll be glad to know you have given most of the info therefore we only require the following to speed the process up.
* Your VAT Number
* Your FCA Registration Number
* A copy of your current Motortrade Insurance Certificate
* Two Trade references (ideally other like-minded dealers that you know or you deal with regularly)
* Lastly please carefully read, date, sign and return the code of conduct which is attached.
Please return the above by email to members@theimda.co.uk allowing up to 48 hours before verification.
Once approved you will receive an email with a login & password to the IMDA site which means you have been successful with your application.
IMDA Code of Conduct
This code of conduct has been drawn up by the Independent Motor Dealers Association to reflect the standards expected by the members when conducting business with consumers, suppliers and with fellow members. As a member it is assumed that you will observe the Code of Conduct at all times and accept an occasional audit by the Association to ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct.
