Terms and Conditions for Tyre Collection and Disposal

By submitting a request for tyre collection services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PPP Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with immediate effect.

1. Eligibility for Tyre Collection

• Tyre collection services are available to all IMDA customers.
• Collections are limited to the service areas outlined. If you are located outside our service area, please still get in touch as we may still be able to offer a solution.
• A collection request should be submitted through the IMDA’s online portal or by contacting PPP Group directly.

2. Collection Requests

• All collection requests are subject to confirmation and availability of PPP Group’s collection team.
• A minimum volume of 50 tyres may be required for collection. Smaller quantities will be at PPP Group’s discretion and incur additional fees.
• The customer must provide accurate details about the type and quantity of tyres for collection. Failure to provide correct information may result in additional fees or service refusal.

3. Types of Tyres Collected

• All prices displayed are related to car, van and 4x4 tyres only.
• Collection of other types of tyres (such as truck tyres) is possible, but this will be at PPP Group’s discretion and subject to additional fees.
• Tyres-on-rims will be subject to additional fees.
• PPP Group reserve the right to decline collection of tyres that have been contaminated with waste or other materials and pose a potential risk to our staff or recycling equipment.

4. Collection Fees and Payment

• The cost of tyre collection and disposal will be based on the number and type of tyres collected, with a minimum order quantity of 50 tyres.
• Payment is due upon invoice with no credit terms applied.
• Overdue payments may incur late fees as specified in the invoice.

5. Access and Safety Requirements

• You must ensure that the collection location is easily accessible for PPP Group’s collection team at the agreed date and time.
• Any delays caused by lack of access or non-compliance may result in additional fees.
• The tyres must be available for collection in a manner that ensures the safety of PPP Group’s staff.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours in advance of a scheduled collection may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

• PPP Group will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by failure to comply with these terms and conditions, delays in collection, or issues beyond the Company's control.
• In the event of damage to property during collection, PPP Group’s liability will be limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of damage.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal information collected during the tyre collection request will be handled in accordance with GDPR best practice.
• Your information will only be used for the purposes of processing tyre collection requests and providing related services.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved amicably between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.
